My name is Fred Waters. I was born and raised in NE Ohio, now living in Ocala, Florida, since 2016. My wife, a Registered Nurse, and I have been married for 25 years and we have two wonderful sons, one in college and one in middle school. For 28 years, I worked in various manufacturing management roles in the automotive, rubber, and aerospace industries and I am a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Operation: Desert Storm.
Since becoming a Licensed Realtor, I have been named “2019 Rookie of the Year” for my brokerage, I earned “Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society” status in 2020, “Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle” status in 2021, and OMCAR, Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors, has ranked me as a “Top Agent”.
