A Little About Me

Born in Cardenas, Matanzas, Cuba, I immigrated to the United States at age 10, thanks to my amazing parents. After attending Miami Senior High School, I started working soon after graduation. My career began with 11 years in banking, leading to a rewarding path in Real Estate. I obtained my Real Estate License in April 2005 and joined Prime Home Builders in Homestead, South Florida. Later, I moved to the Treasure Coast area and ventured into general Real Estate. I then worked with Lennar Home Builders until the market crash of 2007-2008, after which I didn’t renew my license and became an entrepreneur in transportation and logistics. This experience provided insights into working with municipalities, where I spent 10 years.

During this time, I built a family and was blessed with three wonderful children, who inspire all my accomplishments. Their inspiration led me to acquire a Bachelor's in Business with a focus on Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Public Administration with certification in Human Resources Management and Policies, and experience in Urban Planning. My goal has always been to show them that the sky is the limit and to push forward despite setbacks.

Having experienced working for municipalities in Florida, I decided to return to my Real Estate career. I also founded Cid Freelancing Services, LLC, to assist small businesses, high-level executives, and municipalities in achieving their goals. My focus is to make a difference in the lives of those we serve and the communities we cater to. My “can-do attitude” and logical thinking are great assets to my clients and colleagues in Real Estate. My passion for making a difference and commitment to excellent customer service ensures a rewarding and memorable experience at every encounter, driven by positivity, diligence, and professionalism.
