A little bit about me...

My name is John Dolloff, and for over 22 years, I’ve been proud to call DunnellonFlorida, my home. Originally from FoxboroMassachusetts, I spent the first four decades of my life in New England before embarking on a two-year search along the East Coast for a place to build a better future for my family. I found that in Dunnellon, drawn by its relaxed lifestyle and welcoming community. To this day, I still live on the same property where I started this incredible journey, and I’m dedicated to helping others find their perfect home or investment in this wonderful area.

I initially launched my career at Coldwell Banker Riverland Realty from 2003 to 2009, acquiring over seven years of real estate experience, where I earned recognition as a top producer. Highlights of my achievements include the Million Dollar Sellers Club for Marion County, two Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Awards, Coldwell Banker's President’s Elite Award, and setting a company record at the time with 111 closed transactions in a single year. I was also awarded 'Rookie of the Year' in my first year, reflecting my commitment to delivering exceptional results for my customers.

During the 2008 banking crisis, I stepped back from real estate to prioritize my family. Now, with my children grown and thriving, I’ve returned to the career I love, rejoining Coldwell Banker Riverland Realty. With over 20 years of living in this community and personal knowledge, I am better equipped to provide local guidance and special service to my customers.

From my first experience selling seed packets door to door at age 8, I learned the importance of customer service, clear communication, and active listening. Over the years, in roles ranging from department lead to safety specialist to coach, personal trainer, church elder, and youth leader, I’ve discovered that true leadership is rooted in serving others.

Today, my desire, which others have said is a calling, is to help you find and purchase your ideal, possibly dream, property; or to smoothly market and sell your property quickly with the greatest return. Whether you’re buying or selling, my goal is to provide an experience, grounded in integrity, and a commitment to your best interests.
